Crowd control isnt working on revealed invi units

stuns or slows(cc) aren working on revealed invisible units is like a free avoiding cc item, we need to fix this

agree, it can dodge all aoe stun and even obito chain (the stun part). only target unit stun cant dodge. so if ac + chak armor = dodge all
