UTF decoding

Issue #6 resolved
Olof Andersson created an issue

The kdbx file is encoded with UTF.

But browsepass seems to decode as "plain text", (ANSI, or whatever)

So if you have something with international characters in the file, like "Väder", it becomes "Väder"

thumbs up! this project could be really cool, if one could think of a way to automate the setup. it's hard to think of a way that you really can trust though
