dkcmd win focus next/prev no longer working in monocle layout after support for _NET_WM_STATE_ABOVE

Since implementing support for _NET_WM_STATE_ABOVE , the commands for focusing the next/previous window are no longer working the monocle mode. Based on the terminal cursor changing from block to outline, it looks the focus is changing, but the newly focused window is not raised to the top of the monocle stack.

This issue occurs on my Void system where I compile from source. The Install from pacman on my ArchLabs system works flawlessly.

I'll rebuild the Void dkwm and check for a keybinding collision and see if the problem persists.
