Sticky windows

Seems to me sticky windows are broken as of who the fuck knows when, it's not something I use very often but recently tried and it didn't work so it should get some further testing.

Fix: #16 but needs further testing, other small improvements

• Optimize refresh() to avoid calling restack() and showhide() for workspaces that don't need it, requires testing

• Remove scratchpad rule from default dkrc to avoid confusion.
