Can't choose "send to everyone" on PM modal when nobody is online

Nathan Johnson repo owner created an issue

If you choose a user to send a PM to, and then everyone gets offline, when you click PM again there is a message saying nobody is online and there is no way to get rid of the private message without reloading the page.
