"DestinationFolderEditDialog.Path.Remarks=folder path" is lowkey, is it correct?
"Do you also load subfolders or compressed files?"
"ConfirmRecursiveDialog.Title=Do you also read subfolders?"
Should it be "Do you also want to..." for the previous two?"younger number"? smaller number
"To reflect"? What do you mean?
"File type to be page"? to be page? can you explain? maybe to be (used as) page?
"Default shotcuts" but it should be "Default shortcuts"
"EditCommandWindow.Title=Command setting" is singular but others are plural "Command settings"
"the view pages is..."? or "tha page view is..." or "the view pages are..."

“SetBookReadOrderRightCommand.Remarks” is a copy of previous line but it should be “Right forward from right to left”, for this and the previous one the word yougest is unclear, I suggest “Previous page is on the left/right when 2 pages are displayed”.
-
“on / off” is written in different ways: lower case, upper case, only first letter.
-
“Effect” is always singular but side pannel is about more than just one effect, in some lines it should be plural.

Move the number of pages set in this command. Not necessarily 10 pages.
I would like to make it as short as possible since it is the name that will appear on the menu. Any good ideas?
-
In which command can it be set? “Next/Prev x pages” or “Next/Prev x pages set”?
-
reporter Thanks. I will make it "Next/Prev x pages."
In which command can it be set?
This is a parameter of the command. Change them in the settings for the "Prev num" command on the "Command" page of Settings. Parameters are shared by "Prev num" and "Next num".

reporter From "ToggleBookmarkCommand.Menu=Bookmark" to "=Add bookmark".
ToggleBookmarkCommand not only registers bookmarks, but also unregisters them.
ToggleBookmarkCommand.Menu is the menu representation of this command and is used with a check mark to indicate registration status.

I thought of the expression “the item on the right is the policy that will be applied when the book is opened”. What do you think?

reporter
There are strings that have book or books that could be changed to file or files:
NeeView defines the viewing unit as a "book" and its components as "pages." Movies are also considered books. Therefore, as a general rule, "book" is used.
As for "Recent files", I adopted it because I thought it was a common expression and generally easy to communicate, but if it causes confusion, I will change it back to "Recent books". What do you think?
-
I’m not sure how to translate behavior or policy, the rest of the phrase “the item on the right is … that will be applied when the book is opened” is ok.
Keep recent files, as a movie is a file that is opened as a book and separated images are also different files I think in some lines it is confusing to use book always, like previous or next book/file.

reporter I’m not sure how to translate behavior or policy
Although slightly nuanced, the term was changed to "value" to correspond to the "default value".
The item on the left is the default value, and the item on the right is the value when the book is opened.

Thanks for your input.
But… I thought about it again and decided to unify it with Book, even if it is confusing.
- I am not confident in my ability to distinguish between Book and File, so I will maintain the status quo, even though it is confusing.
- I use the word "file" when I want to emphasize that it is an item on the file system.
This does not restrict you from making changes when translating into other languages.
-
“The item on the left is the default value, and the item on the right is the (set value? changed value? specified value? chosen value? other?) when the book is opened."
I will not change other lines from book to file, it could be a file or a folder so it would be confusing also if the term is changed and having a translation too much different wouldn’t be helpful later.
-
“FocusPrevAppCommand.Remarks=Switch to the previous NeeView when multiple are started.”
multiple instances? or windows?
-
reporter (set value? changed value? specified value? chosen value? other?)
To describe the right item in as much detail as possible, it is "a method that determines a value depending on the state of the opened book”.
I didn't want to make it too long, so I could only come up with phrases like "behavior" and "policy."
“The item on the right is the value selection method when the book is opened” is better?

- NextHistoryCommand.Remarks=Open next book on the history panel.

In the settings: ‘View operation' > 'Move inside the window’
This description is misleading because when we tick this option to ‘On’ we actually CANNOT move inside the window.
It’s having the opposite behavior of what it is saying.
You should switch the behavior of the toggle to match the description.
Also I notice a bug that didn’t happen on v39.5: when we toggle Base scale below 100% and the image ends up still being bigger than the window, you are still able to move inside the window when you should not to because the option is set to not move inside the window. (it fixes if you move to another page)

This is normal behavior since this flag limits unintended movement of the image.
Initially, if the image fits into a window, the movement itself is restricted. After that, changing the scale, etc. will allow movement within the limited range.
If it is larger than the window from the beginning, it will be moved within the limited range. If the symptoms are different, please report them in a separate ticket.
-
The problem is that when you change the scale to something like 80% and the image is still bigger than the window, it doesn’t adjust according to the limited range like v39.5 did, it instead shows up black bars and you have to manually move inside the window (scroll up or down or change the page) in order to fix it.
v39.5 never showed black bars because it adjusted the position automatically. Something is not right.
