White flash at startup

There is an unpleasant white flash at every launch of the program. Setting background color does not solve the problem.

The occurrence of the phenomenon was confirmed by starting full screen.
We will consider countermeasures.

The symptoms are alleviated by restarting the PC after entering dark mode.
This appears to be a problem with the WPF system and does not reduce the symptoms of maximization. Continue the investigation.

将来的に標準タイトルバーを使用しないモードのみにする予定。それによってこの問題は発生しなくなる。

■ 1. ウィンドウやダイアログのホワイトフラッシュについて
1-a) 各種フローティングパネルやスクリプトコンソールを開くと、対象ウィンドウ全体が一瞬真っ白に描画されるようです ※39.5でもウィンドウの最外周部分が一瞬真っ白に描画されていました（Canaryで悪化？）
1-b) 設定ダイアログや各種モーダルダイアログを開くと、対象ダイアログのタイトルバーとダイアログの最外周部分が一瞬真っ白に描画されるようです ※39.5でも、一部のモーダルダイアログ（他のダイアログ内のラベル付きボタンを押すことでポップアップするモーダルダイアログ）を除いてダイアログの最外周部分が一瞬真っ白に描画されていました（Canaryで悪化？）

アプリが起動する時に、アプリのサイズとほぼ同じサイズで一瞬グレーのウィンドウが描画されるのが気になります。通常はコンマ1秒チラつく感じですが、裏で重い処理をしていると長めに表示されます。
