ナビゲーター：ブック移動間での拡縮等の維持設定

ページ間の拡縮を維持するのと同じようにフォルダ間の拡縮を維持する機能をそのうち実装して頂けないでしょうか
フォルダを移動する度にウィンドウフィットが働くと見づらい場面が多かったので

If turn on the Push Pin toggle button in the Scale section of the Navigator panel
the scale maintain when switch pages , but can not keep when switch book
For example :
some comic have many zip file (vol1 vol2..etc) and the same resolution .
when page end action set to next book , and next book display , the scale will be reset.

ブック移動でも回転拡縮等を維持する設定追加。ナビゲータパネルのプッシュピンボタンのコンテキストメニューから変更する。 (fixed #894)
