All files deleted in output folder of Translation Kit Creation feature

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Using the Desktop as the Root of the output directory, and not specifying a Package name, result in deleting all files located on the desktop.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Rainbow 6.0.1 on WinXP Pro SP3

This issue is coming from the lack of checking the package name and output folder.
