Leveraging step window does not resize well on lower resolutions

When using a screen with a lower resolution or shrinking the settings window of the Leveraging step, many of the settings become hidden behind others. One of them is the dropdown to select the leveraging provider, which may mislead the user. No scrollbars are provided.

The attached screenshots show the same window with all the content and what happens when it is shrunk (or displayed on a low-res screen).
