Split segments IDs in SDLXLIFF
Issue #1111
resolved
When one splits a segment of an SDLXLIFF file from within Studio (2017), two new segments are created. Their IDs are based on the original segment ID (e.g. “123”) with an space represented as “_x0020_” and a letter (e.g. “123_x0020_a” and “123_x0020_b”). But inside the SDL-specific properties, the same IDs have the space represented as a raw ASCII space.
This causes the XLIFF Filter to not read the segment properties properly and to not output them correctly either, breaking the SDLXLIFF output.
Notes: Once read in Studio the _x0020_ is converted to a raw space.
