Having one or more extra <mrk> elements in the target content cause the XLIFF reader to have problem merging back the translation.

This was caused by a idStack.pop() instead of idStack.peek() in a test for segment marker. No-segment marker mrk where leading to an extra idStack.pop() later. This is fixed now.
