OpenXML Filter UI: develop UI for the complex column configurations

This is a follow-up for issues #1059, #1060, #1061, #1062 and #1096, which provided worksheet configuration filter parameters but did not give a UI for them. So, the scope of this issue is to equip Rainbow with all corresponding functionality.

Also, the deprecated ConditionalParameters#tsExcelExcludedColumns parameter and all affiliated code should be removed.
