Nested units break Trados-RTF output

The cases where we have nested text unit (like ALT value in HTML) are creating invalid Trados markup in RTF output. This issue occurs only with pre-segmented entries.

This is because in Trados-RTF such nested entries are part of the parent, and both parent entry and nested entry are treated as a single entry.

The RTF layer or skeleton writer needs to merge the entries it a single one to resolve the problem.

Guessing few use the old word-based trados anymore
