Add SYMBOL field conversion to Trados-Tagged RTF filter

Some characters get represented as field symbols in RTF:

{\*\fldinst SYMBOL 83 \\f "Wingdings" \\s 11}

It would be nice to convert them to Unicode equivalent when possible in the parser. Currently they are ignored.
