Tikal: Consolidate TMXs by Language after converstion

I would like to request a command line utility such as Tikal with an ability to consolidate the output from conversion.

Use case
1. Input are TTXs various languages
2. Output consolidated TMXs for each language.

Input is a folder containing TTXs for various languages in various sub-folders

Output the consolidated TMXs by language into the output folder.

We are working on a new version of Tikal that will be able to run any pipeline. So there maybe a way to do this with that new version.
