Rainbow "Before" and "After" paths slightly confusing

On the "Other Settings" tab consider updating the Before and After paths to reflect the first file in the list like in the original Rainbow that way you know where the file will go.

The before/after example now uses the first file of the first list as example, and falls back to the hard-coded example only if nothing is available.
