Open-Tran service closing out

The Open-Tran.eu service will be discontinued on jan-31 2014 (See https://groups.google.com/d/msg/open-tran/gO_c6ScjMUk/MEGZNc6hSBUJ)

It is the default for Tikal -q, -t, etc. commands.
It needs to be replaced.

-tt with the default access to AmaGama is probably a good candidate.
