It seems the elements <tmx>, <header> and <body> of the input TMX document are treated as groups. This is confusing since they are part of the structure and on't correspond to logical extraction groups. I don't think there are 'group' in the TMX (so far).

Aha, got it. For some reason I thought if it was a tag that was opened and closed it should be a group. This explanation makes sense, thanks. Let's add something like this in the doc too.
