TS Filter start-group and context issue

The attached file shows a couple of issues:

When re-writing the file, the context in the first entry is duplicated. And we get a property not found in one of the last entries.

Based on the thread, it's not clear what the right fix is here. It seems like the current behavior is at least partially intended (some group events produce context information, others guard numerus forms). Is this just a docs issue?
