TM Batch query is called for each Unit, even small ones

The QueryManager.leverage() calls the batch leverage method of the attached TM connector for each Unit, even when this unit has very few segments (e.g. 2 or 3 segments only). IMHO, this counter-acts the purpose of the batch query, so maybe it can be changed to batch up a number of unit queries for short units or maybe even batch query the segments from the entire file. However, I am not sure how much effort might be involved in this.
