tags changed and inserted in generated "done" file when an mqxliff file is invoived in an translation kit

Hi, I just met this weird issue - I am trying to process an xliff file exported from memoQ, through the Translation Kit features in Rainbow, Everything seems ok when post-process it, but the generated "done" file is sort of spoiled - it seems that, in the target, a closing tag is changed, and some extra tags are added at the end of the string.
