office:annotations not merged back in ODS files

The extracted office:annotation content and code in ODS files are not merge dback properly. The result still opens, but the whole annotation is missing, and the text of the cell where the annotation is clashes with the previous text, which overwrite it.

Fixed, the annotation and the codes before get merged properly now. The annotation block itself in ODS is currently a TU made of codes only, we should change this in the future.
