Conditional hyphen in idml should not be extracted (optionally?)

Extracting an idml document to .xlf, conditional hyphens will be converted to placeholders (x-tags). Since those conditional hyphens are not directly relevant for translation, they should not be extracted to the xlf document (or optionally not be extracted?).

In the worst case, translators will feel disturbed and confused by all those additional tags.
