Add Moses connector dependencies

It looks like the dependencies for the Moses and Kantan MT connectors are not all set properly in the distribution.

The Moses connector is also not listed in the default connectors for the Leveraging step.

    What is the missing Kantan dependency? I don't see anything strange in connectors/kantan/pom.xml.

    Right. For some reason i was getting errors with the Kantan entry when trying out the Moses connector. But things seem to be OK. I probably broke something accidentally in the test branch I was using. I'll edit the issue.

    Ok. It's still quite possible something has broken in that Kantan connector, it hasn't been updated since we added it, I think. We can file something separate if it seems broken.
