IDML: Skip XML/Mapping.xml

It sounds like these files may be getting parsed and it's causing problems.

The file that is causing problems is: XML/Mapping.xml - it's being parsed as a story and fails when the xml namespace doesn't match up. Should we just ignore this file?

Yes, I think so. I wonder if we need to parse that file for style reasons, though. I can take a look.
