New features for Okapi Checkmate

Please add the following features: 1. Ability to detect inconsistency in source/target; 2. Ability to check numeric mismatch; 3. Ability to check the different end punctuation; 4. Ability to check all uppercase and/or camel words; 5. Ability to check tag mismatch; 6. Make terminology-check feature working better.
