GitLab CI: Imply the approach of exposing multiple build statuses in Bitbucket

You can update Okapi, if you want. But it might not be as easy as it looks.

Using one image might be a bit messier The apt-get work done in "verification" should be preserved for deploy and status.

Maybe it is by default, or maybe it needs some "special incantation"
