alignment utility: split/merge/edit should also be possible on source segment

Even though source text should not be touched under normal conditions it is sometimes helpful to 'optimize' a source segment -- e.g. when it comes to faulty segmentation due to a missing blank after punctuation.

This is very much the same the Trados WinAlign utility works.

Will it be possible to implement this feature?

The reason it was not implemented currently is that this aligner was originally developed with requirements only for automatic pre-translation (e.g. when preparing a package), where the source segmentation is not interactive.

okapi does have split/merge api's - but this should be done in the workbench - not okapi.
