OpenXML Filter: optimise the way the Powerpoint styles are defined

Issue #803 resolved
Denis Konovalyenko created an issue

There are different levels the default styles can be specified at (document, paragraph or character). However, the Powerpoint engine produces them at the character level only. That leads to text unit expositions when styles are not specified by a user but the text is wrapped by codes. E.g.: <g id="1">Hello world</g>.

It would be better to optimise the styles by moving the common formattings from character to paragraph level if they do not contain supported code types. So, there would be just "Hello world" if we look at the mentioned example.
