Support XLIFF 1.2 context-group element

Hi.

I'm wondering if you support read/write XLIFF includes a context-group xml structure. based on XLIFF 1.2 specification the context-group is supported but i couldn't find any example inside Okapi framework source code shows how to read/write it.

#758 talks about this as well in the context of a couple things we don’t support, but there’s no issue specifically for this. I’ve been looking into this one recently as well, as it’s something that would be good to support.
