Use system EOL conversion for StringItemParser

As of be7c71a3 commit all Java files are supposed to be with the system (LF) EOLs. However, the StringItemParser does still have the CRLF EOL set.

One the one hand, if we just switch the EOLs of this file, we will loose the git blame conveniences and will be ought to traverse through the git history graph to find relevant changes information. On the other hand, as we have started making some general code base improvements , it will be wise to wrap them up now.
