Incorporate the integration tests into the main repo

Incorporate the integration tests so there will be no separate repo for this.

When the integration tests fail the failure is "blamed" on the last commit in that repo (the integration-test)

But in most cases the cause is a commit in a completely different repo (the main okapi one)
