TIKAL: Getting error "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"

I am getting this error when running tikal from the command line with Microsoft-Translator connector I imported valid *.microsofttranslator.com certificate into the Trusted People and Trusted Publishers stores. Also, I've imported the microsofttranslator.com cert in the cacert file of JRE that I use. When not using Tikal I can make api call to microsoft services successfully What else can I do to fix this?

This issue can be canceled. The problem was on our side. Our security team made some hardware changes on proxy hardware last week, which decrypted the traffic from MSFT for threat scanning and caused the issue
