YAML Filter: generate all required classes at the build time

Manual changes to the javacc generated files have to be avoided and made a part of the maven build so the generated files are not maintained in git.

Additional note on javacc versions and options:

The version of javacc we should be using is >= 6.x (I think 7.x is the current version). I also noticed there are new options to add automatic warning suppression in the generated files.
