GitLab CI: provide the same solution for the SUREFIRE-1588 issue across all projects

There had been already introduced a workaround for that issue in the ci/gitlab/.m2/settings.xml (the SUREFIRE-1588 profile was activated by default). But it would be probably better to have all CI configurations aligned across all projects.

For now the "solution" is to use an older JDK version (8u171)
