Federation specific Dynamic Client Registration Endpoint is underdefined

Explicit registration with OIDC Federation relies on a special dynamic client registration endpoint consuming and producing entity statements. Given this endpoint uses signed entity statements (in contrast to “raw” client metadata), the endpoint is not compatible with OIDC Dynamic Client Registration and deserves a more detailed definition (including examples).
