Registration - 3.3.1 Error response refers to 3.3.3 of Messages

The current draft refers to section 3.3.3 of Messages for registration errors but there no mention of generic errors or registration errors in the Messages spec.

This should changed to a reference to 3.1. JSON Serialization.

Since the Registration Endpoint is possibly an OAuth protected resource, shouldn't the error response be a OAuth Bearer Token Error response? If it's not protected, is the error response the same? Do we need to define registration codes or is the "standard" codes sufficient?
