All specs - ISO29115 incorrect and incomplete

The date in the ISO29115 reference is 2012, which is clearly incorrect. More importantly, the reference is missing a URL from which the specification can be retrieved.

ISO29115 will become an International Standard in 2012. Currently, it is a Draft International Standard.

Not all references needs URL.

ISO Standards are not freely downloadable. I am not sure if it is worthwhile to like to a catalog page like http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=45138

Should the reference include X.1254 or X.1251? Both were used indifferent drafts.

ISO29115 and X.1254 are the same document.

x.1251 would have been a typo. It had to do with providing a privacy framework using WS-Trust and Info Cards.

Lets not include it:)
