Session - 3.2.2 check session endpoint obsolete

Section 3.4 defines the "check session" endpoint, and so does the next section, 3.5, in the referenced "Session Management" document.

If they are talking about the same endpoint, ideally it should be under the same section so that to it's clear that they are the same, with the appropriate pointers to the session management document.

Remove 3.2.2. Check Session from the Session Management spec.

Discuss:

Rename Check Session Endpoint to be Check ID Endpoint since it is not checking the session. (It does not impact the code. Just the name changes.)
