All - Change the name jwk_uri to jwks_uri

The jwk_uri actually refers to a JWK Set - not an individual JWK. I think it will be less confusing for people if we therefore change this name to jwks_uri.

We do have another parameter name that refers to an individual JWK- "sub_jwk". Also, the JWS "jwk" parameter is an individual JWK. Therefore, using "jwk_uri" to refer to a JWK Set is likely to cause developer confusion.
