request_parameter_supported & request_uri_parameter_supported but only request_not_supported

Discovery (and Messages) have request_parameter_supported and request_uri_parameter_supported to indicate support for the request and request_uri parameters respectively.

But there's only one request_not_supported error defined. Should there be another for request_uri not supported? Or does that one apply to both? Seems like something is missing here.
