It says “This implementers draft”. It needs to be changed to “This document”.

Also, it should not be at the beginning of the document. It should be pushed to the end of the document as an appendix B.

We need to remove “or Final Specification” so that this part is more generic.

Also, please check if “(ii) implementing Implementers Drafts and Final Specifications based on such documents…” sounds OK.
