Is there any test items in 5.1 of FAPI 1 Advanced? (Hanging paragraph in 5.1)

There is a hanging paragraph in 5.1. If there is no test items in 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, then we can fix this issue without impacting anything.

Per ISO directive, when links to internal sections are to be used, it should be done with the document version together.

There don’t seem to be any references to any of 5.1 of FAPI1 Advanced in the test suite.
I believe we should still think very carefully before changing section numbering in an errata update though, as other people may have links to these sections of the document.
