Good catch, though it should be in the bibliography instead, as it is not referred to with a “shall”. Only the documents that are referred to by a “shall” go into normative reference.

Good point. In that case, we should move RAR to the bibliography if that hasn’t already been captured. See 5.1. (4) for reference.
