This text refers to Section 6 of the OpenID Connect profile - should be 'Section 3.5' I believe?

* If the authorization server is also an OpenID Connect Provider, it MUST provide a discovery endpoint meeting the requirements listed in Section 6 of the HEART OpenID Connect profile*
