James Manger created an issue 2016-10-04

Simplify the spec by dropping the alternative flow with an unencrypted port_token (which was a special case only suitable when Old and New OPs both use public Subject Ids).

As suggested by Arne [http://lists.openid.net/pipermail/openid-specs-mobile-profile/Week-of-Mon-20160926/000591.html]

Rename port_token_plain / port_token to port_token / enc_port_token.
