Revert table name change to migrate all other changes first
Issue #62 - reduce the length of model names - is not an easy migration. Therefore I need to revert all the model name changes to expose the other changes that need to be migrated, before adding the table name changes back in :-)

This was the wrong approach as the migrations can fail with the existing model names - therefore they need to be fixed first, which is well under way. Therefore closing this issue.
