Combined DLP and CTDI chart histogram has some issues

When drilling down via a click on an acquisition name there are some issues with the resulting two-series histogram:

1. Incorrect x-axis labels (only shows CTDI ranges, not DLP ones)
2. Incorrect x-axis title (only shows CTDI)
3. Chart title is incorrect
4. Legend doesn't state which series is DLP and which is CTDI

5. Links from histogram tooltips are incorrect for DLP data - they are all set to filter by CTDI.

Combined DLP and CTDI histogram now uses two x-axes. First for DLP, second for CTDI. Both x-axes are now correctly labelled with appropriate dose ranges, and the titles of the axes are also correct. Still need to fix chart title, legend entries and tooltip links. References issue #228.
