Toshiba bi-plane fluoro crashes system

Issue #362 resolved
David Platten created an issue

RDSR imports, but when trying to view in the filtered or detailed view the system crashes.

This is because there are two accumxraydose_set objects, rather than the usual one.

Made the two fluoro views iterate through all available accumulated doses to prevent Toshiba bi-plane from crashing the system. Probably not what needs to be done, but a start. References issue #362

I don't suppose you have a QA example of this you could send me @dplatten?

@JLMPO - could this be the behaviour you have seen? I hadn't thought about it at the time you told me of your issue, but I now realise the cath lab systems I have in my database are all single plane - the biplane systems don't have RDSRs.

Added in acquisition plane to RF listing, but only if there are two planes. Fixes #362. I've reviewed the import code, and I can't see any issues with the import of bi-plane fluoro, just the display which this issue addresses. Also removed an incidental link to 'list' which didn't work.
